Ridgewood operates four specialist homes across East Sussex. Each has its own history and character — a late-Victorian public house, a former convalescence home, and two period Sussex properties on the Crockstead Farm estate — and each is registered individually with the Care Quality Commission.

The New Inn sits on the main Lewes Road in Ridgewood, on the outskirts of Uckfield. Many of the building's features date back to the late 1800s. Internally it offers comfortable, homely accommodation across an open-plan lounge and dining room, a modern kitchen, two offices, quiet lounge, bathrooms and en-suite toilets, and ten resident bedrooms, with well-maintained grounds.

Woodcote is on the Cross in Hand Road on the outskirts of Heathfield. The detached late-19th-century property is understood to have once been a convalescence home for Canadian soldiers in the First World War. Its three acres of grounds include formal lawns, a sun terrace, a lake with walkway and footbridge, tennis court and paddock. Inside, there is a lounge, dining room, kitchen, utility room and six bedrooms across two floors — all with en-suites.

Crockstead Farm Supported Living is a converted period Sussex barn on the Crockstead Farm estate. The property is set back from the A22 on a private driveway for privacy and a calm environment. The estate hosts a fully operational equestrian centre, gym and therapeutic centre, with readily available access to 200 acres of farmland for walking and cycling. Animal care provisions — peacocks, chickens, ducks, rabbits, guinea pigs — are available for therapeutic activity. Accommodation spans twelve bedrooms across two floors; six of the first-floor bedrooms are registered as supported living units.
